Originally, the first International Iranian Heart Failure Summit was held from 28 to 30 February and the 2 nd International Iranian Heart Failure Summit took place from 13 to 15 May 2009 in Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. The 3 rd International Iranian Heart Failure Summit happened from 2 to 4 November 2011 and the 4 th International Iranian Heart Failure Summit was arranged from 2 to 4 May 2014 in Shahid Beheshti University Conference Center. The 5 th International Iranian Heart Failure Summit was held from 15 to 17 May 2016 in Shahid Beheshti University Conference Center as well. The 6 th International Iranian Heart Failure Summit took place from 9 to 11 May 2018, having invited more than twenty international speakers. The President was Sharif-kashani Babak MD, the scientific secretary was Alipour Parsa Saeed MD and the executive secretary was Amin Ahmad MD. The 7 th Summit will be held from 9 to 11 August 2023 in Shahid Beheshti University Conference Center. Sharif-kashani Babak MD will chair the event, Naghashzadeh Farah MD is the scientific secretary and Vahid Eslami the executive secretary.
